A clear path from intake through production and shipping.

Everything starts here. Understanding your product goal is critical as we work to build something your customers will love. This intake form, along with good communication from a member of our sales team, will ensure a successful product launch.

Now that we have your Intake Form, our team will build a product pricing estimate for your review and approval. We are committed to helping our clients reach their cost goals and come up with a plan for a product they can be proud of.

Our highly skilled R&D team will formulate your product sample and make sure it reaches your custom specifications. This step is cooperative and exciting!
Our R&D fee is $1,000 and includes up to three rounds of sample revisions.

After you approve the R&D sample, we will send a product specification sheet and an invoice for the down payment.
Our typical terms are 60% down and 40% prior to finished product shipment.

Here’s where the Factory6 magic happens. Our buyers, lab technicians, and project managers hit the ground running to guarantee the success of your bespoke order.
We work hard to accomplish this big step in 8-10 weeks for first orders and 6-8 weeks for re-orders.

Now that product testing is complete and QA has signed off, you’ll get a final invoice, Product Certificate of Analysis, shipping information, and a massive congratulations from the Factory6 team!
