Yes! We are located in American Fork, Utah, and we frequently have the pleasure of meeting our clients face-to-face. If you’re unable to come in, no worries at all. We proudly conduct business easily and smoothly from a distance.

Factory6’s goal is to make product co-packing easy. First, our sales team goes over intake forms and configures product estimates that meet budget expectations. Next, our R&D team will formulate samples for approval. After that we go to work fulfilling orders and ensuring high quality results!

We can fully develop a new product in 8-10 weeks.

R&D fee is $1,000. This includes up to three rounds of sample revisions. Once you’ve approved the formulation, we invoice 60% of the total cost and then the remaining 40% before product shipment.

Our sales team is determined to work within budgets while building products clients and their customers can be proud of.

Factory6 is always striving to do things better. We comply with the 21 CFR 111 standards that are set forth by the FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (with an "Excellent" rating).

Testing is conducted by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. All raw materials are tested and reviewed prior to use, per our cGMP certification, and all finished products are tested prior to release and shipment. 

Our quality assurance team reviews all testing to ensure that all material and product specifications are met. All test results are available to our clients for their use.

If there is a specific lab a client would like us to use for testing, we have no problem arranging that.

Over the years Factory6 has built a strong working relationship with our label and packaging partners. They print for our clients and create packaging needs, then send us the finished products for us to apply. As a turnkey operation, clients typically welcome these services to be included in their total cost with us.

As part of our commitment to our quality and regulatory excellence, our quality assurance team will review labels to ensure they are consistent with the product and meet the requirements of 21 CFR 111.

Flavor is our specialty! Our scientists are skilled in developing fun, delicious flavors as well as mouthfeel. We stock several in-house flavors, however, with our expert partners we have the ability to source an endless list of options.
